Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and unexpected circumstances can arise. We strive to be flexible and compassionate while also respecting Lynsey’s time and the appointment availability of other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future scheduling privileges.
